The final Anastacia Idol winner from Anastacia’s "Live At Last" Tour is Vanessa Silva from the Lisbon show!

The final winner wins a cameo in her upcoming video shoot, "Heavy On My Heart" shooting in Bucharest, Romania at the end of November.
