I am currently involved in negotiating a price for a website i would like to buy…once i buy it, how do i ensure that the seller will give me the site after i pay? Whats keeping him from taking my money and not giving me the site? And can someone explain the process of making his site mine (its a forum) i.e. domain transfer / database transfers ect?

i want to implement a feature where a user searches with a keyword and search results are displayed according to the keyword

or phrase entered by the user.

following are the steps i want to follow. please advice if i am missing out any steps or i can add any step.

1. read the keyword entered by user using $search = $_POST["searchkeyword"];

2. read all the files from the root directory into a variable (as all files will be saved in the root directory)

3. from step 2 filter and read only files with html and php extensions into a variable

4. read the entire contents of all html and php files into a variable

5. compare $search with all the individual html and php file contents from step 4

6. if a match is found with either html or php file then display a brief title and brief description which will be a link to

the actual file which has the keyword.

7. display search results in a serial order as 1. Brief Title of the page 2. Brief Title of the page …

8. at the bottom of the page based on the total number of results found from step 6 i would like to provide a link to page 1
page 2 page3 … (i can decide to display only 10 results per page)

please advice.

I am a beginner to SEO i have the following questions.

1.
i have been optimizing a website ex= H1 tags, Bold Text, Key word Density, Key word Proximity, Meta Description and Keywords

tags and many more, from a google website perspective as it is very famous. By doing so am i also optimizing for the other 3

major search engines yahoo, msn, ask.com websites. or do i need to do something else other than having an individual xml

based sitemap for these 3 websites.

2.
after searching for a keyword if my website appears in the second or third page its easy to navigate to the 2nd or 3rd page

however if my website appears in the 10th or 15th page is there a way i can find out the exact page number from the search

results or is there any other method.

3.
in order to implement google analytics the javascript code that is generated needs to be copied to the web pages of a

website, do i need to copy paste the javascript code into all the webpages in my website assuming i have 50 pages or do i

need to copy only for index.html

4.
there is a way to find out how links a website has by typing link: www.website.com similar to such tips can anyone provide a

link where i can get access to such useful information with regards to SEO and SEM for a website.
