Polls in Kentucky are open now until 6:00 PM tonight, and anyone in line by 6:00 PM will be allowed to vote. You can find your polling location now using our online lookup tool.  

Here are a few things you should know before you head to the polls today:

  • Go to the polls early if you can, and make sure you don’t get stuck at work and miss your chance to vote.

  • If you are a registered Democrat and will be 18 or older by November 4th, 2008, you can vote in today’s Democratic primary.

  • All voters must bring an ID or be personally acquainted with the precinct officer. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license, a Social Security card, a credit card, or any ID card with both the voter’s picture and signature.

  • Polls are open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you are in line when the polls close at 6:00 p.m., you have the right to vote.
