I’m having some royal issues with TiVo’s billing department that they steadfastly refused to handle. They say they sympathize, but that their systems simply won’t let them fix the errors. And, they’re unwilling to compensate me in other ways - it "just goes against policy". These are the sort of problems that I generally would have expected to be no-brainer fixes on TiVo’s end, so needless to say, I’m extremely frustrated.

My next step if I don’t get some real results soon (I’ve been working on this for months) is a dispute with American Express. However, I’m all for trying to resolve this without that, and being a customer dating back to the days before we had a "series", and having referred quite a few others, I’d think TiVo would feel likewise. So, does anyone have any contacts of authority at TiVo with whom they’d be willing to put me in contact? You may PM me if wish, and no matter what, I promise to be civil - I just want my case heard by someone who can see the big picture and who can actually help me if they agree with me.
