I am trying to build a usb wireless motion detector device that when detects motion it loads a predefiend program / computer program. I think this might be the the device to use to hack ?? Can nay one help build one, or help me start hacking this .. so rather than shooting a missle I want it to detect motion and flip my computer screen to a different program (window). It does not have to be this device just something that does this?

any help would be really welcomed.
