Ok before I post the link to the site where you can signup I would like to first introduce myself and then explain the program a little

First off my name is Miguel Mateos Romo I have been working on the web full time since the early to mid 90’s and played around with web sites before the WWW. existed back when it was all BBS and telephone to telephone one computer connected to another computer.
